I want to bring into your notice that i am being asked to pay for a fault in the set during Warranty period. I purchased the Nokia 2700 set on 10/04. It had problems from very beginning as it used to switch off itself. When i went to Nokia care, I was shocked as they asked me to pay 1150 Rs. as they said this is liquid damage. I use this set and i am sure it never came in contact of any liquid. This is still under Warranty (1 yr warranty), then how come they can charge me for that.
Please can you pitch in here.
