I bought a new nokia 5233 on 27/11/10 from new life electronics aligarh.n on 5 jan 11 it suddenly switched off.earlier i have been facing a similar problem with it but it was because of the battery so i thought that may b the battery again became dead suddenly when it was already enough charged.i charged it for 2-3 hr but it did not responded so today on 7 jan i took it to the nokia care centre centre point there he kept me waiting for an hr n after that he gave me my set back telling me that there is some major fault in it n it has to b send back to the company but they cannot keep it with them as their transport is not working these days so i will have to come after 15 jan to submit my set.

now my complaint is that as these days are my warranty days so who will be responsible for the day wasted.
n earlier i had another nokia set e65 n faced the same problems but did not complaint as it bought it from malaysia kuala lumpur.till date it had been repaired 4 times in nokia care centes only.i cannot go through these tortures again.so i want my money back i dont want to use nokia anymore.
