Sir,

It is with utmost disgust and after many oral complaints lodged at the Air Cell City office at the 3 rd Avenue I am writing this complaint. I am a POST PAID CUSTOMER.I paid my bill amount Rs.850 for two numbers 9841379103 and 9094027101 on 07/04 at the Air Cell City at 3 rd Avenue near Shanthi colony, Annanagar.(Receipt no is ACL-MYP-DIV 757). I am very sorry to say that now I am not able make any outgoing calls but I get incoming calls. I would have gone to this Air cell city for at least 5 to six times and return with the assurance of activating my phone within 10 minutes. But till now it is not reactivated. Why this irresponsibility from Air cell? which I dont experience with other mobile offices. I dont get any response from the Air Cell Customer Care officials also. They don't even pick up the phone. They are always very busy. Kindly tell me how to cancel my account from AIR CELL. and whom to contact regarding this. Hope atleast for this Ill get a reply
