Deactivation of Airtel Live

Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to stop/deactivate the Airtel Live which charges money from the account of my Airtel Prepaid Mobile No.8974827153. I approached the local Airtel Office in Itanagar but all in vain. Further, I tried to contact your office of Customer Care Service but no response has yet been received. Finding no way, I am writing this complaint to you for a quick and favourable action in this respect.

Kindly stop/deactivate the same from my said mobile.

An early action/response in this regard is urgently requested please.
