We have purchase as an handset of Nokia Company, handset model Mini N-97 of IMEI No was 351979048765390, RSN No 255719, Bill No R/6555 and Tin Nos 07100270465 purchasing on 27-July-10 from Address K.17 LGF Lajpat nagar 2nd Alankar Road new Delhi 110024 and we have an issue in handset with hang on every application and my phone betrry is not charging when i enter in nokkia service Centre Address MICRONAS_ Telecom C-4 Sector 2 Noida 201301 after submitt my handset he was saying please come after two or three days after two or three days receiving my handset, my handset was changed with IMEI No 351979048621965

Please look into the matter as my handset warrenty expired on 26-July-11
