Damage the part of Sim card

My mobile in a warranty I lost my bill also

when i insert Sim card that time this part was break

then i go to Nokia care center

they told me this damage we will not accept call customer care

then i call customer care officer told me 48 hour we get back you

they are not responding now pls help me what can i du now?
