I HAVE PURCHASED N-72 FROM MOBILE STORE LUDHIANA ON DEC. AFTER SOME TIME PICTURE SCREEN BECAME UNSEEN. I WENT TO NOKIA CARE CENTRE AT LEELA AGENCY BARNALA. THEY REPLACED MY PICTURE SCREEN . AND AFTER SOME TIME AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM OCCUR. AND I AGAIN WENT TO THE SAME AGENCY. AND THEY AGAIN CHANGED MY SCREEN. AGAIN AFTER SOME TIME THE SAME PROBLEM OCCUR. I AGAIN WENT TO THE SAME AGENCY. MADAM AT LEELA AGENCY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE SCREEN, BY SAYING OUT OF WARRANTY TIME .
SIR, I WANT TO SAY THAT WHEN I FIRST TIME WENT AT LEELA AGENCY, THEY CHANGED MY SCREEN, OUT MY PRESENCE. AGAIN WHEN CHANGED MY SCREEN, OUT OF MY PRESENCE. SIR, PLEASE LET ME KNOW, N-72 SCREEN IS VERY POOR, WHICH DAMAGE AFTER ONE MONTH. SIR, I AM VERY MUCH SURE THAT THEY HAVE CHANGED THE SCREEN WITH THE OLD ONE . SIR, KINDLY CHANGE MY SCREEN, OTHERWISE, I WILL BE BOUND TO GO TO THE PRESS AND CONSUMER COURT.
