I purchased N85 Model of Nokia cell phone at the end of year 2009 for Rs. 27, 000. Within two months, it has got a problem in charging i.e. charging point in the mobile got shakened/disconnected. On 8th January I gave my cell phone to the Nokia service provider in chennai city in the following address.

Till Date, 4 times my cell phone was replaced with a new piece. But it is saddening to say that none of the replaced cell phone has worked properly. It seems all are already repaired/damaged one.
I lost my image on the Nokia company and also the service provider.
I spent around Rs. 27, 000 in the purchase of cell phone, but I was not able to use it even for two months with out any problems.
I don't know the concept of replacement. Even after replacement, the cell phone has got additional problems like frequent switch off, often asking insert sim, etc.
Fourth time, I got the same model with ESN/IMEI: 356376029239815. It also continues with the same problem (Job Sheet No: 312465550/100320/73, Date: 23-03)
I am totally disappointed with the phone and the service provided.
On 28th September again I handed over the phone to the same service provider and asked them to replace the same with a new/ latest model (Job sheet No: 312465550/100928/102).
Atleast hereafter, they should not supply phone with the same problem.
Through this letter, I ask them to replace with a new/latest model with out opening the pack with all necessary accessories equivalent to my purchase cost. I don't want once again the opened individual piece. I want a full set with following:
New/Latest packed set (Equivalent to the cost of Rs. 27, 000, my purchase price)
Charges
Head set
Battery
Memory card
Data cable, etc.
Guarantee/Warranty Card
If the new set is a opened one with no accessories, sorry I will not accept it. I can not accept phone with less cost, not equivalent to my purchase price.
If I am not satisfied with the new one, no doubt, I will lodge a complaint with the consumer court and claim compensation also.
Hereafter I will not approach either the company or service provider.
I got a mental agony due to this in the last one year.
Can I get the solution at the earliest? I will not wait for more days also.
I regret to inform you that hereafter I will not go for nokia cell phone and approach the above mentioned service provider. I will not recommend also.
