Deducting balance

I find that without my prior consent or any instruction from my part you are deducting balance citing various reasons viz browsing, cricket alert etc

Today you have deducted from my balance at least for 4 times citing that the reasion BROWSING

I do not browse on mobile

Shall I switch over to other service providers?
