Dear Sir I recharged rs. 18 on dt 09-07-12 at the time 09:46 (Rs. 18= 3900 second u to o after 3 days) But I did not received this benefits not they send me any amount against rs. 18. What is this I dislike

Please solve this problems and provide me my benefit.
