Incorrect Phone Bill and Providing false Information

I took a 550 combo plan for broadband internet and telephone services in Ghaziabad. I was told at that time that all calls within UP would be free upto a limit but when I saw my first bill, I realized that it was not the case. I was charged even for calls in UP.

Secondly, all calls for any moblile no. in UP (Lucknow) are included in free calls but landline no. of UP (Lucknow) are not counted as local calls.

This has caused a huge mental and financial stress on me.
