Dear Sir,

I have requested for internet settings through customer care.

They put me on hold all the time ..i called 198 service 15 times. karthik, kamal, daisy, divya so on they picked up the call..and put me on hold for 20 minutes each time i call. This is the service they gave me.

please do the necessary.
