My name is jiv jyot kaur, i am from bhatinda i purchaged a post paid SIM of airtel with a 99 INR plan, in which i can do 100 local and 100 STD calls other then this the call rate would be 50 paise per call either local, STP or roaming, but for some time i gone mumbai in the marriage of my friend, and i was calling continue with an estimate that my bill would be 200..but i was soacked when i seen the bill it is of 2000 INR when i asked to customer care they told me you were availing the 3G services duaring roaming... please help me is this fair with a customer..
