As i have informed in the previous mail i accidently did two PI
recharges one on 28th march and the second by dialling *122# from
aircel mobile i thought *122# as a informational gate way and never
thought it is about recharge. I further observed that such an
information that the recharge will be done on selecting the option is
not given in the option so the blame cannot be put on me completely
either. I find it too much irritating that Rs.97/- was deduced from my
account with out proper prior intimation.
This can be considered as a negative promotional technique where is a
customer especially new ones who are not much aware of the facilities
become scalp goat for this type of fraudery.
