Unnecessary subscription to services and deduction of balance

Aircel has subscribed me to a service called "funfacts" and deducted around 50 to 60 rupees. I called customer care and asked them to stop services for 5 times. My last request number was 1-8655386393 on 15th June still today they are renewing my service for 5days and deducted 5 rupees. Please help.
