Not able to reach customer care

Dear Sir / Madam

I got Blackberry cell and i herd to activate outlook aircel should activate some code and i am trying calling from my cell 121 but there is no option that i can speak with the customer care people all unwanted recordings is playing so please tell me how to contact customer care without activating that i cant use my outlook in my cell my no is 9738477921.
