Alance and plans cut

Sir,

i have been usingmy aircel no-8553337753 and always they cut my balance and even deactivate my no. for a month. all of my plans were cut and my balance were lost.

recently, on 2nd nov they have 98rs for no reason. ihave calld them many times they say try after some time. i have doing this for almost 2 days. whole day was spent on calling them but no reply has come yet.
