My mobile no is 9804675900.I'm using the service of Aircel over a year. But now a days they provide a worst service. Because they cheated me. Today 4th March they activated a dialer tune service. And charged Rs 7.I just got a sms like"You dialer Tune has been activated". But I did not activated it. Before this on 20th they activated a Dialer Tune on my ph and charged Rs 7. And for that I didnot get any information that my Dialer Tune has bee activated. Then I launched a complaint. But there is no feedback.so I deactivate the service then..But this same incident happens again. So why I pay Rs 14, without any reason why they are activate these kind of services.
And not only me my near and dear friends has similar kinds of problems. Like automatically activating Dialer Tune, Voice Chat and was charged without any reason.
So I therefore requests the Higher Authority to kindly check this matter and refund my Rs 14 as early as possible. And further this kinds of services not to provide me.
