Un necessary chargeing

I am the customer of your aricel network but from last one month i have been facing problem with your service and I have already stated this problem to your customer care executives more than 10-20 times but they are seems to be not interested in resolving the problems of customer but to play and bluff then with in appropriate saying like My system is under service or my system is down or system maintenance or data not available or call after 24 hrs or call after 72 hrs soon

My Problem is :

I got a message from your customer care saying that: If you talk for more than Rs.90 in the month of February then you will get the bonus talk time of Rs.7 in the month of march. So I talked more than Rs. 90 in month of February but till now I did not receive any talktime from your side. And I have already stated this problem to your customer care on 3 march and my docket no is : 1-1723360111.

I have already mail you regarding this but till now any solution was not given to it.

But Now a new problem arise with your faulty systems and with your network :

Problem is :

As per your customer care executives saying that, On march 12th, at 9:45 am I have received a pre- feeded call from your side and I have activated a dialer tune in that. But as per from side, on 12th march, I did not receive any call from your side and on that day I have received only one call throughout the day, that’s is from my (local cell number) friend.

I have never activated the service from my side.

Without the knowledge of customer or without lifting or receiving any call from your side how can a dialer tune be activated? I would like to know how this is possible? Are your system are faulty or some has done some misuse with your system.

Now for that activation, they have deducted Rs.30 from my account without any activation from customer side.

Now I want to refund the money back for unnecessary activation from your side For that I have already registered a compliant on that matter but till now no solution has been provide to me?

So I request you to look in this matter and refund my bonus talk time and my amount Rs.30 as soon as possible.
