I have an aircel prepaid connection no.8909505828, yesterday dated 18-04-10, I recharged my account with Rs.50, and I recieved total of Rs 43 something and there was also some balance in my account prior to recharge, therefore after recharging with Rs 50, I had around Rs 45-46 in my account.
Today dated 19-04-10, in the morning I recieved a message telling me that aircel has renewed my music on call... something something service and they deducted Rs 30 from my account, but I have never applied for any such service, when I called customer care (121) & (198), they refused to write my complaint by telling me all the stupid reasons, like their service is not working, whatever... after they told me call back in 2 hrs, which I did and again they said the same thing and told me to call back again, after many requests they told me they are transferring my call to their senior, they put me on hold for 2-3 min, and after that they disconnected the call.
I am very disturbed and harrased by this behaviour and I want my amount Rs 30 back otherwise I am willing to go to consumer forum and file a written complaint.
