Disturbing promotional calls while DND registration is in force

We have registered for NDNC on 03-03. (Reference No 533862042933.). Getting regular promotional calls from Aircel even after 45 days from the date of registration. While complaint in this regard is pending making further promotional call from aircel number 919809994512. Reply mail recieved to the complaint is with frivolous statements. No proper response from their customer care executives. No customer friendly service available from Aircel.
