We had purchased & installed an” MATRIX EPABX “system Model: ETERNITY GE 3S, from TRAVANCORE telecoms Trivandrum, Kerala, India, on 05-12 and after the installation of the new system,

We had handed over our old “MATRIX EPABX system to TRAVANCORE telecoms on the same day for service & Maintenance: which has not been yet delivered till date.

The newly installed” MATRIX EPABX” System dated: 05-12, the warranty period valid for 1 year from the date of purchase / installation, according to the TRAVANCORE telecoms, quotation terms & conditions, due to the non performance of the system, after couple of months, which was taken to service by the TRAVANCORE Telecoms on

10-05, has not yet been delivered / installed till this date, so we kindly request your enquiry in this matter*
