Aircel
SMS are not getting delivered on time

I am using Aircel Life time Prepaid Connection. I am have recharged my account with 61 Rs.(unlimited SMS Pack for Local and national Numbers for 30 days validity). But whenever I am trying to send any message, it does not deliver on time... It reaches to the people after sometime.(after 30 min..after 2 hrs..after 1 day as well..)Few messages are not getting delivered as well...
