I had used the services of PhoneCare.in to repair my BlackBerry 8900 in December.
This was a replacement of a screen which had cracked due to an accident.
Phone Care repaired the screen and gave the handset back but the "Hold" button didnt work after that.
I reminded them about the same, and they said that its a small issue and they would fix it when I am back in town.
No one ever came again to pick the phone up.
After 3 months the screen died again abruptly, and I called them again and finally they agreed to repair it with nominal charges.
This time, they stole my memory card, the phone doesnt vibrate any more, and the Hold and the Mute key doesnt work any more.
When complained they said they will check and will call back. After following up regularly, they blatantly deny by saying that there was no memory card in the phone.
Request an immediate action on the same, the memory card was a 8GB with personal pictures, my trip logs etc.
