I have deposited one nokia phone to the priority dealer in Touch World

Phone: 033 26424133, on may under warranty period.what i have purchased at rs 7229, since then every time i visited the store i was been misguided by saying that surely i will be getting back my phone on next Tuesday (at least five times).as the phone has been dispatched but not yet received by us!
being a govt official dealing in the public department, i had to spent another five thousand bucks for a unnecessary purchase of cellphone. it is becoming very difficult to deal with such a nonsense customer care support.
hope you will understand and take necessary steps so that i have been compensated by the a fore said amount or get back my phone by seven days.
