I am using Aircel Postpaid connection for the past 3 years. The network is good and the plans are good. But the customer service is too bad. I've been paying my bills regularly without fail. 7 months back only I analyzed my bill and noted the erroneous charges levied on my bill. Then I checked previous months' bills too. Lots of errors in the bills. I've been charged more every month. Now this month, an excess of Rs. 600/- has been charged. And I am calling and emailing the customer care, nodal officer and everyone for the past one week but no use. They're saying junk reasons and some customer care persons are disconnecting the phone call.
