I have this aircel no 8898315390. I submitted all documents while buying the prepaid card. However the shopkeeper did not forward the documents and the outgoing services were barred. On 25 Jan i personally went and submitted the documents and outgoing was activated the very next moment and everything was ok. Now again the incoming calls are barred. On calling they say that the documents are not submitted so incoming is barred. This is really disgusting of your services. If proper system is not available to get the customer status then pls discontinue your services
