I have a problem with internet connection using on My Mobile

I am Mukesh and I am using Aircel no.- 8802943083. I have a problem with internet connection using on My Mobile. When I connect my mobile with GPRS and start internet, after 5 to 10 second it automatically get disconnected by the server. This causes me a great problem. I make my first call 11 Jan - 11 on customer care they give me 72 hour time period they told me in this period my problem 100% solve and we make a call on your number and give you reason why this error generate. But nobody calls me nor is my problem solved. Again after 24 hour I make a call on your customer care and telling my problem regarding GPRS/internet on my mobile. they give me 24 hour time period they told me in this period my problem 200% solve also they send a complain no via msg. but I am not receive any msg. in 15 day I make call on your customer care nu. 18 to 20 time, but I lost my 14 days period of validity and on Sunday 23rd Jan-11 I lost my personal balance on my mobile of Rs. 22. Without any information.

Last 14 days many time my call disconnecting by your customer care executive’s.

I want Reply of why these kind of problems with me and why not reply me any information.

Why anyone not forwarded my complaint and why anyone give me any complaint number.

I want explanation of what you do such these kind of person who making fool of customer’s
