Balance deduction

Respected Sir,

I am Sk Raihan Ahmed, My mobile no is 8906170506 (aircel), my complain is regarding on deduction of my main balance. There is no reason but it deducted by 10 paisa several times in a day. but tonight it deduct 11 Rs from my main balance. I called customer care several time, but they said our server is not updated and also one of the customer officer is misbehave with me and giving some bad argument to me.

this is not only my problem it is many guys problem now a days.

So my humble request to you please do something and take some steps against them.
