I am using aircel prepaid sim barring the no 970085959.
Last 4 months onwards the service providers activating callertune to my no without my permission and deducting the amount, after i gave complaint to the network they will back the amount after 2 weeks. In this month the amount is not added. Every time the process is repeated, this is disturbing my personal life and i am calling to the customer care executive he is not take the action seriously.
Please take the proper action on the service provider.
Friends dont use the Aircel Prepaid Sim.
