ATTN. TO AIRCEL MANAGEMENT,

I AM A POST PAID CUSTOMER OF AIRCEL TELECOM BEARING MOBILE NO. 9854021570. I HAVE NOT GET MY BILL FROM JAN DESPITE OF MY REPEATED COMPLAIN TO AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE. MY COMPLAIN NO. SR NO. 1-4557563307, SR NO. 1-4557563521, SR 1-4651969419 ETC.. CUSTOMER CARE TOLD THAT THEY HAVE MAIL ME THE BILL, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BILL IN MY MAIL ID.

ON 19-5 I HAVE GET A SMS FROM AIRCEL ABOUT EXCEED OF 60% CREDITED LIMIT, BUT SURPRISING THEY HAVE BAR MY OUTGOING ON 20-5 WITHOUT FURTHER INFORMATION. MY SECURITY DEPOSIT IS RS. 1250/- AND MY PLAN IS GOVT. 99/-. MY QUESTION- IF MY BILL WAS 60% ON 19-5 HOW IT IS BECOME 150% ON 20-5-11? SECONDLY- WHY AIRCEL AUTHORITY IS NOT SERVING MY BILL FROM JAN?

IT IS MY REQUEST TO CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY FOR SUGGESTION TO MOVE AGAINST THIS TELECOM COMPANY WHO ARE ILLEGALLY HARASS TO CONSUMERS. PLZ. SEND YOUR SUGGESTION TO MY MAIL ID- [email protected].
