Billing for Unused Data usage and Call

Hi, I activated my Sim card on 04th Dec with 249RS corporate plan and 98Rs Data plan for 2GB.

I haven't started to use that data storage.

On 5th Dec 12 07:55pm I got the message as below:

Usage for your airtel mobile 9880731199 till 04th dec 12 is reaching your credit limit of Rs500.. Please pay rs 200 s interm payment for continued services.

So i got the very bad and unreliable feeling on airtel. So you have to clarify it. Customer not responded properly. And i would like to disconnect my number.
