Double payment

I had a number that was 8605122600 which was changed recently on 26th Nov to 7350540200, I had a auto payment facility on my old number hence the amount of Rs 2848 /- was deducted on the 1st DEC as my number was changed i forgot i have a auto pay facility on my account hence i made a payment of Rs. 2748 /- through the idea cellular website..which has gone through and has updated on their system..but my first payment of Rs 2848/- is still missing.. I have also contacted my bank regarding the same... they have asked me to get in touch with idea as they have already made a payment to Idea. have called Idea several times and have logged a complaint as well, have sent emails but no reply... numbers for complaint but they dint sort anything out... they keep on given reference numbers have also sent my bank statement to them but all in vain, please help..
