today i.e.8.11.11, I received a call from 911400020047 no. at4.36pm about an offer that my cell phone no. is
selected as a lucky no.but I reply that i am not interested in any offer. But at 5.19 pm i got a message that
your dialer tunes service will be activated within 24 hours.thanks! & after receiving this i check my balance rs 60 is deducted
