I had done an online recharge worth rs 200 on 9/12 and paid using my credit card, but for some reason I did not get any balance. Later I got a message stating that my recharge amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Today its 19/12 and till now the money hasnt been refunded. I have also registered 2 complaints with docomo customer service, but both times I got the same answer, that it will be refunded in 5-7 days.
