Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is Basker. I recharged my airtel prepaid no.(9789423546) through online, for Rs.34 which is a special recharge, which will give me 75 local mins, and National local sms and valid till 4th sunday from the date of recharge (according to the website https://pay.airtel.com/PrepaidOnlineRecharge/mobileRecharge.jsp). But once i done it and tried to message and call, it said i cant make a call and the msg doesnt go as well, when i contacted the customer care they said i have to have atleast min Rs.1 in my account for msg and call, then i top upped for Rs.10, and send msg, for which airtel charged me Rs.1. neither i got the 7 local mins, when i tried calling back i never got line for more than week, so i want airtel to active the above said pack, and to carry on the validity from the day of activation and to refund the charges that are charged for sms even i when i had a pack in place.. this is very very wost service from airtel and the customer care executives are not even aware of the plan, its pathetic.
