Wrong information, change of plans automatically... no replies customer via mails or call

(1) At the time of Connection

When i converted to Postpaid connection i have deposited Rs.200 as deposit along with processing charges. The problem is that there was incomplete information from your side. I was not informed that service tax is applicable on deposit and it will come with 1st Bill.

(2) Scheme

One day i received a call from your side offering the scheme by taking/converting one or more idea postpaid connection. The scheme offer and provided are as details as under

•Scheme Offer: I was informed that if i recommend my friends or relatives to take idea postpaid connection and if they take the postpaid connection then the Plan which i was using will be applicable for the person who was taking the same plan and i will be allowed certain deduction on my monthly plan forever. Also their will be lifetime free CUG between my connection and the new connection taken by friends/relatives. I was having Rs.199 monthly plan. Under the plan i was provided 24, 000 seconds free (local/national). 500 SMS free. according to offer if my friend take the postpaid connection then then same plan is applicable to my friends/ relatives. Also i and my friends/relatives have to pay Rs.150 monthly charges Usage charges and the scheme will not change with free CUG between my connection and new connection of my friend/relatives

•Scheme Provided: INSTEAD of above scheme my friends received the postpaid scheme with was applicable for Rs. 150 monthly plan and not Rs. 199 plan and also there was no confirmation call from side before providing the scheme. Also there was not deduction of Rs.50 plan under the my monthly plan

•I have visited to idea care also for the problem but also raised their hands.

(3) Change Scheme available with Plan

My scheme available with plan is change on 1st August (as informed from customer care) without intimation to me. When i made a call i was inform that a letter is sent to you through post but not letter is received to me. Also neither SMS nor e-mail is sent to me for the change in intimation.

(4) Credit Limit

My credit limit is Rs.745. Last month my billing was Rs.700 including free sms. My net billing was around Rs.600 which does not cross my credit limit. When my billing crossed Rs. 600 i received a call from your side to make payment of Rs. 600 within 48 hours. I was informed at the same time that when billing amount cross 70% of the credit limit customer is required to make within 48 hours otherwise postpaid connection will be discontinue. The problem this that this information was also not provided at the time taking converting to postpaid connection.
