Dear sir,
i have a tata docomo prepaid connection (Kolkata Circle), At our area heavely network coverage ouucur again due to very poor signal strength, i called customar care again & again but they do not take any steps to solve it. They said select network manually but by searching no signal found, This is ont only my poblem but also suffer all tata docomo user, we suffer from 10 december which is more than 3 weeks, so that many time my phon number is unreachable.
kindly take a step to solve it,
