Regarding poor service

Sir,

i am a customer of AIRCEL service provider bearing my mobile no-8906689649.i recharge Rs.98/- for using pocket internet on 1st April, but continue of poor service from 1.04.2012 to till date. I made contact to the customer care many more time but problem not yet solved. Customer care provides twice reference no bearing 1-8098165297 & 1-8197085921 on 13.04.2012 &23.04.2012 respectively.
