I want to lodge my complaint against AIRCEL mobile service providers on the subject of Absolutely No Network in my area. When I search available networks in my area, then the name of Aircel does not appears in the list.My phone goes on "Emergency Calls only".
This is going on over last two weeks only in my area; because I have found that network was available in other areas such as Pune where I had been for 2 days. I contacted customer care (198) regarding the issue 2 times in last 5 days, but as always they were with the answer that it will be resolved in 2 days.
I am sure that there is something tower or spectrum problem is going on limited in our area which is being neglected by company seriously.
Also as I have activated my prepaid Data packet of Rs.98 for a month on 5th December which I have not used in for about last two weeks due to no network. So is the company going to refund me or will extend my data pack further..?
