Whenever i call to customer care on 121 i dont get any option for talk to customer care person. i cant understand why they blacklisted my No. Bcz i had not talked to any customer care person in a wrong way. Even i had called only 1 time to Cust. care in. After that they Blacklisted my no. Now its 4 to 5 months i am facing this problem. Some of persons in my contact also facing this Problem.
