No proper hearing

Sir,

i would like to tell you, i recharged with 50 rs. and without any reason, it becomes now 9.75 p.

...for that i have called on customer care and it got transfered to senior..there was no positive response from the senior (kavita sharma)

...when i ask her to give my call to senior she state away say no... it was no satisfy ans. from your agent as well as they were giving me the wrong

nodel officer no. when i told her this was wrong no, she said that i have only this no.

THERE IS NO USE OF CUSTOMER CARE, IF THEY GAVE US SUCH WRONG INFORMATION...

apart from having this prob i had to face other... i have three airtel no at my home.and tried from each and everyone.even i am not able to make call on customer care...

so, i want my money back, which got deduct without any reason...

i hope you will work on this complain soon...
