I am using idea connection for internet facility and i was a having a net pack with a validity uptil 9/1 and balance of Rs 66 on 9/1 uptil 8 pm when i have last checked the balance but the company has reduced my balanced to 18 paise on 10/1 and when i called the customer care the information regarding the deduction was not provided to me for the reason of system updates and i was asked to call after 4 hours. after 4hours all the executives were so busy that they didnot received my call for 3 hours when called from other number they said that the deductions were because of no net pack activated on your number. which was there with a validity upto 9th january.
