Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s Prepaid 3G Dongle Connection a few days back and after it was been activated I recharged it with Plan of Rs.255 they gave me a Main account Balance of Rs.73 and 1 GB data. But when I started using it they charged it from my main account balance rather than from my 1 Gb data which was been offered on that recharge. I filed a Complaint and they gave me a time limit of 24 - 48 hrs but unfortunately the issue was not resolved in the given time. Whenever I call their Customer Care Support they don't provide me the proper information. Between they are so unprofessional that they deny tranferring call to their supervisor whenever asked.
I want an action to be taken with regard to my complaint and want my complaint to be resolved ASAP. And one more thing I want a strict action to be taken against those CCE's which don't even know how to talk to a customer.
