Please find below the issue and solve my problem, aircel people are taking my issue very lightly and no one have called me till now. First time i am entering in to aircel network, starting itself they have showed there customer service how it would be.

need a help and I am loosing business every minute.

Kindly take this issue very seriously, damage will be claimed till the service will be get connected.

This is saravanan (My Mobile No. 94440 87965) and i am using bsnl

connection till yesterday night from in my business mobile is

very important and i am using this connection with out any interuption

till yesterday evening.

Actually I have applied mobile portability through aircel, and the

executives are wrongly commited the aircel service will be activated

in the midnight only and we will take only 10 minutes for the

activation after signed application i have received the sms from

aircel (Dear Customer, your request of mobile portability is approved.

Date and Time of Activation is 03/14 23.39.00) sms time is

14.03.2011 11.15.15 am.

The Executive Name is Mr. Vivek (9094042271) and his co-ordinatore Mr.

Srini samy.

Reason for mobile portability i have shifted my residence from

korattur to kodambakkam i don't have proper network in my residence

from BSNL, In this connection i have applied the aircel mobile

portability.

I am loosing my business every minute from 8.30 am on 15.03.2001. I

have called your customer care executive today morning 7.30am, 10.15

am & 10.30 am, finally they have committed I will get my connection

within One hour time, it means I should get before 11.45am.

I need a complete solution for the same, some higher officials should

take this issue in a priority way to solve before 11.45am.

I will claim the damage if the connection will not activited after 11.45 am.
