Deduction of PrePaid Balance

I am a normal pre-paid Aircell user. I have made an easy recharge of Rs.125/- with full talk time and I have made calls of Rs.30/- to 40/- only and my balance has become zero.

When I have contacted the customer care on 121 I was told that some download service is active and 3/- daily is being deducted from the balance. I want to say that I have never subscribed such service and not used any such service from my phone.
