Dear Sir/Madam,

My initial MNP Port In request was lodged on 24/01 - number 9223223212 (from Tata Indicom) to AIRCEL - the first port out code - expired where AIRCEL stated that they had technical issues - upon repeated daily visits to their Customer Centre after the port out code expiry they inform me that the application was not registered as they require another post paid bill.

With the latest bill showing no outstanding dues a second port out code was requested expiry date 20/02 - this has also expired, AIRCEL now has no reason to give me. please advise what should be done - emails of the issue have been forwarded to nodal officers of AIRCEL & their Appeallate officers - no response

Please advise of what should be done next.
