I am using the Aircel prepaid connection since November and I always used to keep minimum balance in the account. In the month of April, my outgoing services were barred. I had to call the customer service number atleast 4-5 times as everytime the customer service executive used to put my call on hold and never come back. I spoke with 2-3 supervisors and they told me that my services are barred becaude of an undefined Technical issue and will take 24hrs to be rectified. I waited for almost 2 days (with continuous follow up with the customer service department) but still my services were not activated. On the 3rd day, one supervisor asked me to recharge the account & then it would be fine. Finally on the 5th day my outgoing services were activated.
Yesterday, 18th May my services were again barred (Error Message: The outgoing facility on this number is currently not avaialable, Please dial 121 for assistance) I have called the customer service deaprtment but got "NO ASSISTANCE" from them. An executive named Vineet, refused to provide me his complete name and hung up the call when I asked for the supervisor's assistance.
Till today I have got no response. I just have the complaint refrence number: SR: 1-2034159281 according to which my services would be activated by tommorow ie 20th May.
It was an inconvience and every time calling the customer service deaprtment is a real pain (as I never got any help).
I would request you to please take an action on the urgent basis.
