Poor customer support
I have an Aircel postpaid no.9865106645 (SIM no.89914210007323457421) was taken in palani on same day, which worked up to change the Mobile Number Portability Airtel no.9865106645 (SIM no.8991400000068003562) 02-07 9 O’clock. my mobile. Then I approached customer relation centre (R P Telecom) at Old Dharapuram Road, Palani - 624 601 on07/02 around 10AM, where I have submitted my documents initially and explained the issue to Mr. Mani (mobile no.9894112043), They have verified their dispatch list and found that they have submitted my documents to Main office
why change the mobile number portability?
