Sim deactivation

Hello sir,

my sim has been deactivated by airtel and the reason was given to me for the deactivation is that i was not using it since 3 months and but it was only 1 month i didn't used it... becoz my documents was not submitted to them but i deposited my documents when i bied my sim. but after 5 yrs i was getting a message that my documents are not submmited pls submitt it so i submitted it within 7 days than also they deactivated my sim...
